SoftPlan Architectural Design Software is a
professional "Computer Aided Design" program developed specifically to automate the design
and presentation of buildings. SoftPlan helps create floor plans, then automatically
generates Elevations, Cross-Sections and three dimensional presentations. SoftPlan produces
fully rendered 3D images with lights, reflections and shadows. Sun shadow imaging. Stunning
photo real images are produced in minutes as a by - product of the plans that are required
for construction and local authority submission. An optional module, SoftList generates a detailed material take-off and cost
estimate. Another optional module is SoftPlan reView a markup, print and view program for non
SoftPlan users. reView provides access to SoftPlan drawings from PC or pocket PC.
SoftPlan is open to customisation with drawing options and material list production format.
A detailed, printed user manual is supplied.

Like SoftPlan, Lite is an easy-to-use software
package for those with less demanding design requirements. Lite has been developed because
some may not require the need for the full power of SoftPlan's Architectural Design
Software. Others may want the benefits of CAD with a smaller financial investment. Lite has
an inbuilt version of SoftList, that produces a material list directly from the floor
plans. Your SoftPlan Lite investment can be applied toward the purchase of the
full-featured SoftPlan.
SoftPlan Lite is more than capable of producing plans for council, construction and
customer satisfaction.
SoftPlan Lite is supplied setup ready to use with detailed printed
manuals.
