Once a Floor Plan has been drawn, a to scale footprint of the building can be automatically generated. This footprint can be rotated as required and site boundaries can be drawn according to surveyors co-ordinate information.
Left Image
The footprint of the building has been generated from the plan, then spot heights
were added as per the site survey. Contours are automatically generated from
these spot heights. Additional
contours are easily drawn to indicate existing and proposed grades.
Details such as services, water, phone, gas and sewerage lines can be marked
showing length and bearings if required. Building setbacks, easements, roads,
footpaths can all be indicate on the site plan along with vegetation, existing
and proposed.
Centre Image
All the tools necessary to complete a detailed site plan are easily at hand.
Additional contours, symbols, roads, paved areas and property lines to name
a few. Many of these objects will be displayed in 3D and counted in the material
list report.
Right Image
This 3D image was produced from the site and floor plan, any materials
not required to be visible for this view were just turn off. Very realistic
images can be produced as a by product of of the site plan. If local authorities
need further convincing that your design will be acceptable, then 3D images
before you start to build, will assist you greatly.
